Actually they used a lot of recycled elements of the old buildings, and ecological materials.
Residence hotel Villa Scarfi provides two types of fully equipped apartments, each with private entrance. First type of the housing is composed of kitchen, living room and one double bedroom. There is heating and air-condition, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, independent bathroom with all modern comforts. The second type of apartment is larger, it’s composed of two double bedrooms. If necessary, in each apartment additional bed can be added. All the rooms are spacious and bright, the furniture’s stile is rustic and reminds traditional Tuscan country house.
In Villa Scarfi there is a breakfast room and a bar with beautiful firepace and reading space. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden and very interesting well “alla romana”. The garden is a perfect place to spend time outdoor, for sunbathing or barbeque with your family.

Saturnia is famous for its thermal baths, and last but not least, the sea coast is not far.
